|3D Molecular Designs collects sales tax by law in Wisconsin, California, New Jersey and Illinois.
Tax exempt customers in Wisconsin, New Jersey and Illinois should enter their tax exempt number during the checkout process and email a copy of their tax exempt certification to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. Your initial confirmation information on your first order will still include sales tax, but before your order is processed, 3D Molecular Designs will change your account to tax exempt and manually adjust your order before invoicing/charging your credit card. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your revised invoice. Subsequent orders under the same account should automatically display as tax exempt. If after your first purchase you are asked for tax exempt information again, please send an email with your account number or the name that your account was created under to email@example.com so we can make sure your account is coded as tax exempt.
|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|

|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please email customer service or call 414-774-6562 as soon as possible. We will work with you to rectify the problem.|

|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
